• All pets MUST have a current rabies vaccination

• Your pet MUST have a negative heartworm in the past year 

• We highly recommend the Bordetella vaccine (kennel cough) and monthly heartworm preventatives

• We highly recommend a flea/tick preventative measure in place (spray, collar, pill, injectable)

• We DO NOT ACCEPT dogs under 1 year old at the sitter's house

• We DO NOT ACCEPT dogs that are not spayed/neutered at the sitter's house

• Dogs weighing over 70lbs will need special consideration at this time

• You MUST alert your sitter of all injury and illness (pre-existing or future)

• We DO NOT ACCEPT dogs with communicable diseases

• We require the dog to handle being crated/gated without extreme anxious behaviors and with minimal vocals for up to 5 hours. Crates/gates are used during feeding and when the sitter is not home. Separation is a must for safety. ​

• Dogs that live together can be crated/gated in the same room if permitted by client and they get along well.

• We require a dog to be social (or tolerant) enough to share space with other dogs incident free

• Vacation requests are not guaranteed bookings if more than 3 months advance notice.  You can request it and we can schedule it, but it may get bumped. Within the 3 months, the sitter agrees to not take time off.

• Technically all vacations are not 100% guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances and emergencies. 

• Owner exchanges (drop-off and pick-ups) can be done between 8AM-10AM and 3PM-5PM daily  (special arrangements can be made when all other options are exhausted)

• Sitter transport & exchange of dogs to/from home is done between 10AM-2PM for an additional fee per trip.  This option is only available to clients living within a 15 minute drive radius. Transportation outside of that is subject to $35/hr

• ALL EXCHANGES must be scheduled. Please do not just show up unannounced. 

• Holiday & Holiday Weekend upcharges will apply to vacationing clients as well as those receiving a woof visit. There will be an additional upcharge for any stays/visits made on a holiday or over a holiday weekend. If a holiday lands on Friday or Monday, the entire weekend is subject to a daily upcharge, which may include Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday.  See Services/Pricing

• Woof Visit cancellation Policy - cancel by 10AM that day to avoid a trip charge. See Services/Pricing

• Vacation Cancellation Policy - no charge if you call within 24 hours of the first visit/day. Less than 24 hours will result in a charge equal to one day. ​

• Payment is due upon receipt 

• At the sitter's house, dogs will be leashed if outside the fenced area.  Within the fence, they are free to roam.

• At the owner's house, dogs will remain on a leash unless the property is fenced (visible/invisible) or owner's consent is given.
